Spa On Wheels (“Spa On Wheels”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a mobile auto detailing business based in Canton, Ohio. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit book.spaonwheelsbooking.com, book an appointment, or communicate with us; how we use it; and the choices you have. Questions? 1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: your first and last name, phone number, and email address.
• Service details: the address where the vehicle will be parked, whether an outdoor water spigot and outlet are available there, your vehicle’s year, make, model, and condition, and any notes you add to a booking.
• Messages: the content of text messages, calls, emails, web forms, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram messages you exchange with us.
• Payment: payment is collected after the service is complete. This website does not collect or store card numbers.

Information collected automatically

• When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect your device and browser type, the pages you view, approximate location, referring pages, and similar usage data through cookies and comparable technologies. See section 5.

2. How we use information

• To schedule, confirm, remind you about, and perform your detailing appointment.
• To send you appointment-related text messages and emails (see section 3).
• To answer your questions and provide customer service.
• To send occasional offers or service updates — only if you separately opt in to marketing messages.
• To keep records of the work we performed for you, run our business, and improve our services and website.
• To measure the performance of our advertising (see section 5).
• To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights and the safety of our customers and staff.

3. Text messaging (SMS) and your consent

You will receive text messages from Spa On Wheels only after you opt in — for example by checking the SMS consent box on our online booking form, by texting us first, or by asking us to text you.

Types of messages

• Appointment and customer-care texts (non-marketing): booking confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival-window updates, reschedule or cancellation notices, and replies to your questions.
• Marketing texts: special offers, discounts, and service updates — sent only if you separately and specifically opt in to marketing messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and you can reply HELP or contact us for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.

In plain language: your phone number and your text-messaging opt-in are used only so that Spa On Wheels can text you about your service. We do not sell, rent, or share them with anyone for their own marketing, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run the business and act on our instructions — for example the booking, calendar, and messaging platform that powers our appointment system, the carriers that deliver our emails and text messages, payment processors, and our website host. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Spa On Wheels, our customers, or others.
• At your direction or with your consent.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These tools collect information about your visit — such as the pages you view and your device and browser — and may set cookies in your browser. They are governed by the providers’ own privacy policies.

This website-usage data is separate from your text-messaging information. Your phone number and SMS opt-in are never used for advertising measurement and are never shared with advertising platforms.

Your options: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.

6. Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for assistance.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
• Access, correction, and deletion: contact us and we will help you review, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep.

8. Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted at book.spaonwheelsbooking.com/privacy with its effective date.
